Shipping costs

Orders will be shipped from Monday to Friday.

The estimated delivery time is 3 a 5 working days and rest of Europe from 5 a 10 Work days.

Shipping charges will be added to the order:

- Spain, Portugal: free shipping

- Canary Islands: 15€, Free shipping on orders over €100.

– Other European countries: 15€, Free shipping on orders over €100.

– For shipments to non-European countries, contact us by email to manage the shipment: shop@carnevalemadrid.com

– The client will have to be responsible for the customs expenses generated.

Payment method

We have the following means of payment: Credit card, Paypal and bank transfer.

Return policy

You can return or exchange the parts that you have not used within a period not exceeding 14 calendar days following the date of receipt of the product, After that date, the exchange or return of any item purchased will not be accepted.

Products in case of return, they must be in the same state in which they were originally delivered, new without use, with all the labeling intact and the respective accessories.

The return costs will be borne by the customer and will be subtracted from the reimbursed amount after acceptance of the return of the purchase.

Only in case of erroneous shipments or defective products, CARNEVALE will assume the cost of the shipment..
